Are your products and printing eco-friendly?
Yes, we are very environmentally conscious. We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content. Our inks are water based and eco-friendly, and our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen-printed shirts, but just as durable. We’re using CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children’s wear 12 and below.
Can I buy gift cards from you?

No, at this time, we are not offering gift cards.

How often does the store go on sale?

We never go on sale for various reasons.

We believe our prices are fair, and our low markup does not give us too much wiggle room on pricing.

We don’t have an inventory of products, so if some are not doing well, we just take it out of our catalogue.

Also we truly believe in nurturing long term relationship with our customers and rewarding our loyal customers, then just creating an opportunity for a shopping spree. To that purpose, from time to time, we offer additional points on purchases, and may load extra points as a gift to our loyal customers.

Where are you located?

The “Prinlet Fashion Studio” is registered and headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia, in Canada.

Our suppliers and warehouses are located in different locations including USA, Canada, Latvia, and Spain.

We do our best to fulfill your orders from nearest fulfillment centers to the shipping address in your order where the products are available.
